Body Bark will accept your timely return of unworn, unwashed or defective items for a full refund of the original purchase price or an exchange for merchandise of equal or lesser value if returned within 30 days of when the items were shipped.  Returned merchandise should be in the same condition as when it was received with the original tags still attached.  Initial shipping fees as well as return and exchange shipping costs are not refundable. 

All returns must be pre-authorized by Body Bark™.   In order to be considered for a return please e-mail the following information to: returns@bodybark.com

Once the return is approved, Body Bark will provide the buyer with written instructions on how to return the product.  No returns are accepted after 30 days of the ship date.
